This was our second rime at La Piccola Casa. We remembered the food being amazing and the service...Well... not this time. I was really disappointed. "Tonight specials" the soft shell crab and the stripe bass were mediocre. Definitely not worth the price. Bass was undercooked and had no flavor. Served with garlic broccoli on the side and surrounded by rubbery seafood. Crab was oversalted. I can say more but really what would be the point. One thing I have to admit, the waiter, the only one person on the floor, was great. He was attentive. Kept our water glasses filled and took care of the restaurant on his own without skipping a beat.

I’ve driven by a thousand times and finally decided to stop in. It was 100% worth it. The food is amazing, especially the piccola casa sauce! The service was also great! We came tonight (Saturday) without a reservation and we were still seated. Make sure you make a reservation though, it does get busy.

Amazing space very calm and nice. I went there on a date, the service was awesome. The waiter even made us suggestion on which plate to take and the food was amazing. I had an excellent dinner and it wasn't the first time and I will gladly go back there many more times

The best italian restaurant in Mamaroneck! The food was spectacular and very satisfying, especially the chef's signature dish. The service was fabulous! The best restaurant I've ever been too! Definitely a must try!

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always fantastic and they keep the place neat consistently. Prices are fair and they serve generous portions.

ITS NO SURPRISE THAT THE BEST VEAL in Westchester is found in Mamaroneck. Walter the Chef and Owner of this hidden gem goes every morning at 5am to the Hawthorn Market to hand pick the best veal tenderloin for his Veal Picatta. Several other Veal dishes grace the menu and are a cut above what you will find anywhere else in Westchester. The prices are not high for the quality this restaurant delivers. The lunch menu prices are a super slick deal as the lunch dishes are the same size as the dinner plates. Trust me ! ! !

First time at Piccolo Casa. Excellent meal and service. It was our favorite Italian meal out of all the choices in Mamaroneck. The chef cooked everything to order. He's been there 30 years. Fantastic meal.

Took my daughter out for a father/daughter dinner and Walter and staff made it a wonderful evening for us. The food mouth watering, I had the lobster in a reduced brandy sauce, my daughter the sea bass special. The staff, real old school, very professional (and they know how to make a proper drink!). Quaint dinning room and warm atmosphere.

First attempt to enjoy dinner here as I have been eying this spot since moving on this side of the county... storm has past, skies clearing... sun peaking, despite such the waiter insisted it was “impossible” to sit outside, after 2 other tries to explain to me the storm is still coming and the wetness factor is present (no kidding). I was solo; only 2 tables of 4 inside, both seated at the window view. Alas the open ‘lawn’ furniture seating outside seemed a perfect destination with a lovely harbor view. Simple wipe down with a napkin or a semi clean dish towel as suggested, would have worked fine for most locals. You were not quite motivated or didn’t believe me. I get it. Next time... and there will be one as I saw you go outside to re-evaluate. A little too late as I was already in my car. I will revise my review then and may even bring a date. Maybe that would have helped?? If you were full, I would absolutely understand... far from it :/

Called on behalf of a company that was interested in having this business cater our work place. I called at 2:04pm and who ever answered the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and was rudely hung up on... no thanks!

Very friendly service. The sauces are excellent especially with fish. Limited wine list. Moderate prices. Limited parking.

Lovely place&food!

Delightful. Small and intimate. So cozy it felt as though i3 was home. Great salad ( i had the tricolor salad) the chicken ala piccola along with a nice crisp glass of sauvignon blanc was a Great entree. To top it off the Tiramisu was fantastic! The espresso felt as though i made it at home (yummy). A restaurant for the book of continued visits. 💛💛💛

I live in mamaroneck and have been wanting to go to this restaurant for quite awhile. Boy, was I disappointed. The espresso martini was awful; the Bailey’s must have been old because there were chunks floating in the drink. There was no one in the restaurant, except me, so I figured the food would be good (less people to cook for). I ordered the veal chop Milanese; it was tasteless (pounded too thin texture, dry, bad quality/flavorless bread crumbs) and RAW toward the bone. It does not compare to my favorite Veal Milanese from a restaurant in CT. I couldn’t believe it was raw and left it for the bartender to see (I was sitting at the bar). He didn’t say anything. Be careful going to this restaurant and ensure your meals are thoroughly cooked. Based on my experience, I will never go here and never wonder about this place again.

Excellent, too good, very competent staff, affordable price, to remember

The seafood and veal dishes are the top quality offerings delivered by this friendly and capable staff. I haven't found better in 40 years of dining out. George's Cosmopolitans are superb and it all comes at a reasonable cost. The pasta dishes are okay but not their strength, so go for the protein and perfectly cooked broccoli side.

Great food, don't be fooled by how small the place is

The food was meeting the standard. But the service! We were greeted by an Italian look-alike man, who read us the daily special with such impatience almost rolling eyes. During the meal time he was speaking to people of other table in our ears and at times yelling to his colleagues in Spanish. I felt he gave a bad influence to other waiters. His play of service was just a requested act. Such a pity, my not returning to this place is because of his service.

Delicious, fantastic view, wonderful attention, phenomenal atmosphere, I had celebrate my birthday here and was unforgettable, come and enjoy by yourself you won’t regret!!

By far the most amazing Italian food I have had in years. The cream sauce was to die for. The atmosphere is great and the service was fantastic. Parking is tricky and yes, it is a bit pricey but once in a while, it's totally worth it.

Fantastic food, quaint setting. Everything was delicious. Service was outstanding...attentive, but not pushy. The waiter knew all about the food being served and answered all questions. We opted to sit outside which, between light cycles, could be a bit loud with the traffic, but overall the outdoor seating was nice with the view of the harbor. If you want a quieter, more private date setting, sit inside.
